Terms and Conditions


Welcome to Crosshair (the "Platform", "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, where users can list their businesses for sale in the around the Globe. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.


1. Eligibility


To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to represent the business entity you are listing.

1.2. You must be a resident or a registered business entity in the country where if you are listing a company for sell.


2. Account Registration


2.1. To list a business for sale, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your full name, contact details, and business details.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2.3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.


3. Listing a Business for Sale


3.1. Required Documentation: To list a business, you must upload the following documents:

  • Mandatory to provide company incorporation document (e.g., certificate of incorporation or equivalent).
  • Non-Mandatory (strongly suggest) Latest audit report.
  • Non-Mandatory (strongly suggest) A valuation report prepared by a qualified professional.

3.2. All uploaded documents must be current, accurate, and authentic. We reserve the right to reject listings if documents are incomplete, unverifiable, or suspected to be fraudulent. All uploaded document will only be reviewed by Crosshair's staffers with confidential level of handling. Crosshair will not release any documents submitted by the user to anyone without written consent of the user.

3.3. You are solely responsible for the content of your listing, including descriptions, financial data, and uploaded files.

3.4. Listings must comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction of the business being listed.


4. Confidentiality and Data Protection


4.1. Information shared on the Platform, including uploaded documents and business details, will be treated as confidential and accessible only to Crosshair's staffers.

4.2. Verified Professionals are individuals or entities who have undergone our verification process to ensure their legitimacy and expertise.

4.3. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information; however, you acknowledge that no system is entirely secure, and you share information at your own risk.

4.4. You agree not to disclose confidential information received from other users outside the Platform without prior written consent from the disclosing party.


5. Verification of Professionals


5.1. We will verify the identity and credentials of professionals seeking access to confidential business listings. This may include checking qualifications, licenses, or business registrations.

5.2. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any professional at our sole discretion.


6. User Obligations


6.1. You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes or to violate any applicable laws.
  • Share viruses, malware, or any content that may harm the Platform or its users.

6.2. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store the content you upload for the purpose of operating the Platform.


7. Fees and Payment


7.1. Listing a business may incur fees as outlined on the Platform's pricing page. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7.2. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner using the payment methods provided on the Platform.


8. Intellectual Property


8.1. All content on the Platform, excluding user-uploaded content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8.2. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us the rights necessary to operate the Platform as described in Section 6.2.


9. Termination


9.1. We may suspend or terminate your account or listing at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or failure to provide required documentation.

9.2. You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us, active listings will be turned inactive but the data will remain visible until removed by us.


10. Limitation of Liability


10.1. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or success of any listing or transaction.

10.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits or data.


11. Indemnity


11.1. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.


12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

12.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, failing which they will be submitted to London Arbitration Centre.


13. Changes to Terms


13.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
